Alumni Committee

Composed of nine Fellow Alumni, our Alumni Committee is charged with furthering connection and catalyzing our fellow-led community.

At The Coaching Fellowship, we focus on helping young women leaders increase their impact. The power of that impact opportunity can be scaled exponentially, through a deeply engaged, and more deeply connected alumni community.

The Coaching Fellowship Alumni Committee is charged with furthering connection and catalyzing a Fellow-led community. The Committee is comprised of nine Fellow Alumni, representing a diversity of geographies, impact sectors. Committee members serve for a 1-year term.

Meredith Baker

Meredith Baker is a technology enthusiast with professional experience in the international development and public health sectors. Meredith is currently the Country Director in Democratic Republic of Congo for Viamo PBC, a global social enterprise that improves lives via mobile solutions. Previously, she co-founded VaxTrac, a US nonprofit that built vaccine tracking software for developing health systems.

Emma is a community and brand builder. As Head of Marketing for Wattpad, she leads a multi-disciplinary team to market the world’s largest reading and writing platform that boasts a community of over 70M users. She co-founded Reset (a summer camp and digital detox for adults) and volunteered for 7+ years establishing and growing the TEDxToronto community to become Canada’s top TEDx event.

Alyza finds opportunities where technology innovation, and a lean, human-centered approach can make international development more efficient. She believes in bringing the rigour of the tech world to the fight against poverty and inequality. Her background is in fintech for financial inclusion and product management. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation.

Amira Dhalla works on issues related to digital rights, inclusion and engagement with global organizations and communities. She is currently completing her MPA at Columbia University while working for Columbia’s Tech and Policy Initiative. Previously, she spent six years working at Mozilla Foundation as the Lead for Global Participation where she focused on creating an accessible, safe, open and innovate web for people around the world. Amira has worked for many years building communities and movements among nonprofits, startups, social enterprises and technology-focused organizations.

Amanda is a leadership coach and facilitator. She founded The Courage Factory to empower leaders to clarify their vision, unlock their potential, and activate the courage to make transformational change. Amanda is a purpose-driven entrepreneur who spent many years following her passion to protect animals and nature with WWF in South America. She holds an EMBA from IE Business School and has been trained as a coach with CTI. Amanda is originally from New York and has worked across Latin America, Europe, and Asia and has lived in Spain, Argentina, Paraguay, and Germany.

Priyanka is the co-founder and Principal of FHI Ventures, the social impact investing arm of FHI 360 and leads the overall design, execution and management of the entity. She has broad and deep private- and public-sector experience in international development, entrepreneurship, healthcare, technology, government and nonprofit sectors. She is passionate about working at the intersection of social innovation, economic development, and business to solve global issues, especially those that empower women and children.

Saskia is Director of Operations at Noodle Partners, an education technology company, and previously worked in impact investing and social entrepreneurship. She is passionate about creating a positive impact in the world and empowering individuals to live out their full potential.
